Asphalt Pavement Recycling Equipment
As a result of a review of our files on the above project, we request the sub-
mission of a status report indicating the completed items of construction that
were originally proposed in the project. Likewise, we request a review of the
city's cost to date and invite you to submit a final billing for these costs
for which the city would be eligible for reimbursement.

As this project expired in July of 1970, and is therefore approaching the five
year limitation, we wish to inform you that the project will necessarily be
finalized in the very near future. If in the process of developing facilities,
any variation in the location from that which was initially proposed shall be
illustrated on an up-to-date "as -built" site plan. According to our records,
there is federal monies obligated to the project which have not been billed for;
therefore, any costs incurred on work that was completed prior to July, 197,*,(9
will be eligible for reimbursement. Any remaining federal funds will be released
to the Kansas allocation for use on other projects.
If you have any questions, please advise. Your earliest response on this matter
will be very much appreciated.
