Re: Sanitary Sewer Extension
Dear Sir:
Enclosed is a copy of the preliminary engineering estimate and
feasibility report for the proposed construction of'a public sanitary
sewer to serve your property. The cost chargeable to your property
(the south one hundred fifteen feet (115') of Lot Nine (9), Surveyor's
Plat J of Mill Reserve No. 5) is shown in the.enclosed report.
If you decide to proceed with the project, in accordance with the
data shown in the feasibility report, please sign the enclosed petition
form and return it to the City Clerk's office. However, you have the
option of installing a private sanitary sewer line to serve the above
property. The cost of constructing private sewers cannot be paid by
special assessment installments and the City of Salina would not main-
tain the private sewer line.
Please notify our office within 30 days of your decision to construct
either a public sanitary sewer line or a private sanitary sewer line to
serve your property.
