ALLEY VACATION
Tract # 1. All of the ten (10) foot wide platted alley lying east of Lots 59, 61,
63, 65, 67, 69, 71, 73, 75, and,77 on Fifth Street, Original Townsite,
Salina, Kansas.
Tract # 2. All of the alley located in Lots 58 and 60 on Fourth Street, Original
Townsite, Salina, Kansas, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the north line of said Lot 58
that is ninety (90) feet west of the west line of Fourth
Street; thence south forty-three (43) feet; thence south
forty-five (45) degrees west approximately nine and nine -
tenths (9.9) feet to a point on the south line of said
Lot 58 that is twenty-three (23) feet east of the west
line of said Lot 58; thence west twenty-three (23) feet
to the northwest corner of said Lot 60; thence south along
the west line of said Lot 60 a distance of seventeen (17)
feet; thence north forty-five (45) degrees east approx-
imately nine and nine -tenths (9.9) feet to a point that is
ten (10) feet south of the north line of said Lot 60;
thence east thirty-three (33) feet; thence north sixty
(60) feet to the north line of said Lot 58; thence west
ten (10) feet to the point of beginning.
Tract U3. All of the alley located in Lot 56 on Fourth Street, Original Townsite,
Salina, Kansas, being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the north line of said Lot 56
that is seventy (70) feet west of the northeast corner
of said Lot 56; thence south a distance of fifty (50)
feet to the south line of said Lot 56; thence west along
the south line of said Lot 56 a distance of twenty (20)
feet; thence north a distance of fifty (50) feet to the
north line of said Lot 56; thence east twenty (20) feet
to the point of beginning.
Tract # 4. All of the alley located in Lot 53 on Fifth Street, Original Townsite,
Salina, Kansas, being more particularly described as follows:
The south twenty (20) feet of said Lot 53.
Tract # 5. All of the alley located in Lot 54 on Fourth Street, Original Townsite,
Salina, Kansas, being more particularly described as follows:
The south twenty (20) feet of said Lot 54.
Tract # 6. All of the ten (10) foot wide platted alley lying east of the south
