(3) West; thence North zero degrees and zero minutes East
(N.00000'E.) along the,east right-of-way line of Ninth Street

the West line of said Section One (1), a distance of five hundred
fifty-five and six tenths feet (555.6');
Thence North ninety degrees and zero minutes East (N900 00' E)
a distance of eighty-nine and seventy-seven hundredths feet (89.77')
to a point on the east right-of-way line of Ninth Street and the
point of beginning;
