heavy rain storms, to reconnect their house sewers to this new main.
It is to be understood, that the property owners are not required to

Within the next thirty (30) days, construction work is scheduled
to commence to install a sanitary sewer main in your area. This new
sewer main will be located in the west parking (ditch) of Broadway
Boulevard, directly east of your individual properties.
This new sanitary sewer main will allow those property owners who
have experienced a "back-up" of sewage into their basements, during
heavy rain storms, to reconnect their house sewers to this new main.
It is to be understood, that the property owners are not required to
reconnect to this new main. The existing sanitary sewer main, presently
serving your area, will remain intact and in full service.
All reconnection work shall be paid for by the individual property
owners and must be performed by a licensed plumber.
If you have any questions concerning this project, please contact
me.
