In response to your telephone call this morning, we submit the
following comments:
(a) A 6" C.I.P. waterline is located in Country Hills
Road extending east of Fairdale Road. An 8" C.I.P.
waterline is located in Crawford Street extending
east of Fairdale Road. There is no waterline in
Fairdale Road between Crawford Street and Country
Hills Road. However, it is our understanding that
the developer or owner is planning to extend an 8"
waterline from Crawford St. along Fairdale Road to
serve Lots 1 & 2, Block 2, Country Hills Addition
No. 2.
(b) An 8" clay sewer main is located along the south lot
line of Lot 2, Block 2, Country Hills Addition No. 2.
(c) Fairdale Road is paved (8" asphaltic pavement) from
Crawford Street to.Country Hills Road. Long range
planning includes improvements to Crawford Street
extending east of Fairdale Road. This section of
Crawford Street is paved with a "light" type
asphaltic surfacing. New construction would
include widening and a "heavy duty" pavement.

(d) Adequate water supplies and sanitary sewer facilities
are presently available for this project. Water flow
tests on fire hydrants in this area indicate a static
pressure of 55 p.s.i. & 700 g.p.m. available fire flows
at 20 p.s.i. residual pressure.
