A contract has been awarded to construct certain street, drainage
and utility improvements in Mayfair Addition and in the Replat of Block
11 and 12 and a part of Blocks 10 and 14, Mayfair Addition. Final
project costs chargeable to a benefit district will not be available
until the construction work has been completed.
We prepared a preliminary engineer estimate and feasibility report
in August - 1984 for this project. Based on this data, we estimate the
costs for said improvements to Lots 11, 12 and 13, Block 3, Replat of
Blocks 11 and 12 and a part of Blocks 10 and 14, Mayfair Addition to be
approximately $2,000 per lot. These three (3) lots are currently being
assessed for certain street and utility improvements constructed on a
prior project.
