Dear Mr. Hoff:
Thank you for allowing Bob Miller of Busboom & Rauh and
myself some time yesterday to review the curb out and some
other subtle revisions to the above referenced shopping
center. I have attached a copy of the drawing we discussed
yesterday and have identified the 11 foot minimum dimension
that you requested in the island between the existing drive
at the front of the north end of the building off of Saturn
Street and the proposed new driveway and curb cut that we
discussed. This drawing also indicates that the drive lane
behind the building will be approximately 27 feet wide after
a radius at the northwest corner of the property has been
relocated as shown.
