The City of Salina would have no objection to your
organization constructing a new overhead power line along
the west right-of-way line of our Flood Protection Dike
System, from Magnolia Road to Crawford Street.

All poles shall be placed at the locations agreed upon
by your organization and our department earlier this year.
Construction traffic on the Flood Protection right-of-way
will be controlled by Mr.,John Estes, Director of General
Services. Please coordinate your activities through his
office.
No construction permits will be required for this
project.
