Due to possible damage to the levee section, no vehicular traffic
is permitted upon our Flood Protection Right-of-way, except for city
owned maintenance vehicles. This policy would prohibit the use of
Flood Protection Right-of-way for maintenance access to your proposed
substation location.
Enclosed is a xerox copy of the platted areas adjacent to Wayne
Avenue, east of Ohio Street.
