The detailed information shown on the site plans, as submitted by
your firm on December 21, 1983, is.sufficient for our department to grant
a special exception to Section 35-132 of the Salina Code and allow Kansas
Power & Light Company to construct a 40 foot driveway approach at 1001
Edison Place.
We also reviewed the site drainaqe and sidewalk improvements proposed
for the new K.P.L. facility., These improvements as proposed meet our re-
quirements. We appreciated the opportunity to review your preliminary
site drawings for this new facility.
