This letter is to confirm the City of Salina's desire to participate
in a federal aid safety project at the above captioned location. Enclosed
are three (3) copies of the City's proposed geometries and traffic signal
design for this intersection.
We have not completed our traffic count and speed study at this
location, but intend to accomplish that next week and will forward this
information on to you..
The City of Salina has participation funds on hand.
