We are presently ccupleting final plans and specifications on three projects in
Salina, Kangas which are as follows:
1. Site Development Plans for Samts Club.
2. Expansion of present Wal-Mart Store and related site igproVeMents.
3. Site Development Plans for Shoney's.
I am writing to request any standard cmistruction details and technical
specifications the city may desire to see irxxxlxaated into the site plans.
Specifically we expect the site plans to include the following items:
Aib 1. Site %ceding and related requirements for compaction under streets and

I1�2. Street standards for both concrete and asphalt surfacing, including
irk s drive entrances and curb and gutter.
Sof g 3. Water main extensions with related accessories including valves, fire

hydrants and service connections.
Sanitary sewer mains including manholes, drop inlets and cleanouts.
�iavl� 5. Trench and backfill requirements for utilities.
0, V-. 6. Bori.rg and casing requirements for utilities under existing streets.
7. Traffic signal standards to be used.
