Our records indicate your firm constructed driveway approaches at
2810 Ray (or 418 Laura) and at 2766 Ray (or 417 Laura). At both of these
locations, the new flowline of your approaches do not match the existing
flowlines of the gutters. This type of construction violates established
City policy governing construction standards for driveway approaches.
We will not issue any additional construction permits to your firm
until you complete the revisions to the two above driveway approaches
as required by this office. If these revisions are not completed within
30 days, we will automatically revoke your concrete license and notify
your bonding company of our action.
Please contact this office to set up an appointment with Mr. Jack
Ayers to discuss the necessary revisions to the two approaches.

During the past several months, our records indicate that
your firm constructed concrete driveways and sidewalks on public
right-of-way without first obtaining the proper permits from the
City of Salina. In addition, your firm has not followed established
policy by your failure to notify our office at least four (4) hours
prior to placing any concrete on public right-of-way.
If your firm, in the future, violates any City Code in regard
to construction within public right-of-way; we will automatically
revoke your concrete license and notify your bonding company of
our action.
Please do not hesitate to contact this office if you have any
questions concerning our decision.
