We offer the following information to you in regard to
your inquiry concerning the front footage charge for water
and sewer service to serve Lot 14, Block 3, Westport Exchange
Addition to the City of Salina, Kansas.
Our records show that this lot has never been in a benefit
district for water or sewer service.
The front footage charge for water service will be $2.00
per foot based on a front footage of 233.4 feet making a charge
of $466.80.
The charge for a sanitary sewer service for a lot inside
the City Limits, but not in a sewer benefit district, is
$150.00. This makes a total cost of $616.80 for water and
sewer service.
