This letter will confirm our telephone conversation this morning re-
garding the 100 year flood elevation near the southwest quadrant of
Crawford Street and I-135 Highway.
After comparing the flood plain information compiled by the Corps of
Engineers in 1972 with more recent flood elevation data, we have concluded
the flood elevations resulting from Dry Creek, previously furnished you,
do no longer apply at the above location. The flood elevations resulting
from Mulberry Creek will control the finished floor elevations at your
proposed development site.
The 100 year flood elevation for your site is Elev. 1236.0, therefore,
your finished floor elevations at this location shall be at least 1237.0.
