Eastridge Addition
Dear Sir:
This letter will confirm our conversation today regarding certain
excavation, grading, etc. of public streets in the above referenced
addition. The construction permit you obtained this afternoon from our
office will allow you to shape, grade, etc. the public streets in this
addition and to install crossroad pipes (18" diameter round or 18"
equivalent diameter arch).
No permit is required to spread rock, sand, or gravel on the streets
in Eastridge Addition. You are also responsible for the regrading of all
sanitary sewer manholes or water valve boxes affected by your construction
work. The City utility crews will assist you in locating these manholes
or valve boxes if you desire. The City Water & Sewage Department will
advise you of their requirements for regrading sanitary sewer manholes and
water valve boxes.
