We have reviewed the revised set of drawings, as submitted by Mr.
Mike Wilson, for your new residence to be located on Lot 15, Holmquist
Estates P.D.D., City of Salina.
These revised drawings indicate that excavation will occur only
at footing and stem wall locations. The proposed finished floor eleva-
tion of the main (lower) floor will be 1235.35 and no basement areas
are shown on the plans.
You are hereby granted an excavation permit for the above described
single family residence. If any modifications are made to the approved
building (foundation) plans for this residence, you will be required to
obtain prior approval from our office.
If you have any questions concerning the conditions of approval of
this excavation permit, please contact me.
