South Third Street
Dear Sir:
In accordance with our telephone conversation today, we researched
our utility records to determine the availability of a public sanitary
sewer and a domestic water supply to serve a proposed development on the
west side of the 600 Block of South Third Street. Our records show the
following:
(1) A 10" clay sanitary sewer, approximately 6 Ft. deep, is
located in the N -S alley in the 600 Block of South Third
Street between Third Street and Fourth Street.
(2) A 6" cast iron water main is located in the 600 Block of.
South Third Street. The static water pressure in this
area is approximately 55 psi.
These utilities are adjacent to the proposed development and should
be adequate to serve the proposed project. If you need any additional
information at this time, please contact me.
