Crawford Salina, Kansas 67401 Dear Mr. Hoff: This letter is written on behalf of Omaha Hotel, Inc. to formally request the assistance of the City of Salina, Kansas relative to resolving the discrepancy in locating the entrance driveways on property known as 1616 W. Crawford, Salina, Kansas. As I advised you earlier, the east driveway varies slightly from the platted access on the plat of the addition. The west driveway is off location substantially. I discussed this matter with Mr. Keith Rawlings on Tuesday, June 24, 1986. He stated that he did not believe a formal variance would be required to correct this situation, and he felt the matter should be presented to the City Commission to revise the access restriction to conform with the present access areas. We desire to retain the platted but unused access area for possible future expansion of this hotel facility. I sincerely appreciate your situation. HDM:tw cooperation in resolving this Very truly yours, g cf HUGH D. MAUCH ATTORNEY AT LAW HIGHLAND CENTER 3111 - 10TH ST.. SUITE 106 P. O. The restricted access is shown on the plat. As you can see the access points do not quite line up on the east and the west one is off substantially. I do not know how or why this came into being and our first knowledge of the problem surfaced when the As -Built Plan was completed June 18, 1986. Would you please advise what is necessary to correct this irregularity. Thank you for your help and assistance. Very truly yours, AugHDM:bay 44__ Encl.
