Dear Mr. Freeman:
We have reviewed your letter, dated October 17, 1988, requesting
permission to increase the width of an existing twenty (20) foot
driveway by an additional twelve (12) feet. The reasons outlined
in your letter are sufficient to grant you an exception to our
regulations limiting driveway widths to a maximum of thirty (30)
feet.
A permit was issued this morning to Jess Wilbur allowing the
construction of the twelve (12) foot addition as planned.
