Due to current street construction within the north right-of-way
of East Crawford Street between Fairdale Road and Seitz Drive, it
has become necessary for us to request that your plastic pipeline
located within said right-of-way be regraded to allow us to proceed
with our construction schedule.
Please contact our office for detailed instructions on minimum
depth of cover, construction limits, etc. at your earliest convenience.
He have enclosed a copy of Resolution No. 3189 which granted you
permission to lay a pipeline. in public right-of-way within the
Salina city limits, subject to various conditions.
