Our utility records indicate the 8" sanitary sewer is located
approximately 12 feet east of the east property line of the Furr's
proposed site and the flowline of the manhole shown on your site
plan is 1219.80. The 12" watermain is located approximately 6
feet east of the east curb of Broadway Boulevard or approximately
100 feet east of the east property line of the proposed Furr's site.
All of this information must be verified by field measurements.
