Dear Don:
This letter is in reply to your request for surveying services on three
intersections in the City of Salina.
We propose to furnish the city with the complete field survey for design
purposes at the following locations:
Broadway and State Street
On Broadway from Marietta to Ash Street
On State Street from 200 feet west to 400 feet east of Broadway
Magnolia and Ninth Street
Ninth Street 200 feet each side of Magnolia
Magnolia 400 feet each way from Ninth Street
Ninth Street and South Street
Ninth Street 300 feet each side of South Street
South Street 100 feet each side of Ninth Street
Our fee for the surveying will be as follows:
Broadway and State Street $ 1,080.00
Magnolia and Ninth Street 1,080.00
Ninth Street and South Street 792.00
Any additional surveying due to a change in the scope of the project
will be at $45.00/hr for a complete survey crew.
