Dear Mr. Boyer,
In confirmation of our conversation on June 20, 1983, I am sending you
four (4) preliminary site plans for your use.
As you can see, basically, the building will remain the same with the
front facing Broadway. The only thing that might change is the parking
arrangement.
I am also sending you a section from our site information package on
both sanitary and storm sewers. If you would fill these.out and send
them back to me, I would appreciate it.

We are enclosing a drawing showing the existing public utilities in
the vicinity of the proposed Furr's Cafeteria - Broadway Boulevard and
Avalon Drive (vacated).
The 8" sanitary sewer is located near the west right-of-way line of
Broadway Boulevard (west of the west curb line of Broadway Boulevard).
The 12" watermain is located near the east right-of-way of Broadway
Boulevard (east of the east curb line of Broadway Boulevard). Therefore,
water service for this proposed cafeteria must be installed by boring or
jacking methods.
