Re: Waterline installation
Dear Don:
This will confirm my conversation with you this date
concerning the waterline installation on Frisbie Acres.
It is my understanding that customarily waterlines are run
within the street right-of-way and in the parking area.
Based on this information, and by copy -of -this letter, I am
instructing my client that it is permissable to run electricity
and waterlines as close to the 50' street right-of-way line
as possible, which will still permit the installation of the
street and avoid the necessity of any additional easement
for waterlines and electrical lines.
If my understanding of this is incorrect, please advise.
