To Whom It May Concern:
Our official records indicate the water main serving the East
27.98' of Lot 32 and the west 41.02' of Lot 33, Block 2, Dow Addi-
tion to the City of Salina, Kansas (a.k.a. 1405 East Minneapolis
Avenue) is located approximately 6 feet south of the south curb of
Minneapolis Avenue. This water main is located on public right-of-
way, which extends to approximately 13.5 feet south of the south
curb of Minneapolis Avenue.
Robert Gile Contracting obtained all the required permits
from the City of Salina to excavate in the public right-of-way to
uncover the water main and to perform the plumbing work necessary
to complete the water service for 1405 East Minneapolis Avenue.
He is responsible for regrading the disturbed right-of-way area to
it's original condition, but is not required to re -sod or re -seed
the area with grass.
