In response to our telephone conversation yesterday, our department
offers the following comments regarding street and drainage improvements in
the above addition:

(1) To provide drainage for the pavement on Nottingham
Drive from Shalimar Drive to Linden Drive, it was
necessary to install storm inlets at the intersection
of Nottingham Drive and Linden Drive.
(2) These storm inlets are connected to a storm sewer
pipe which discharges into the large open channel
along the east side of Mayfair Addition.
(3) Therefore, the storm inlets, storm sewer pipe, and
the large open channel, described above, were all
required to be constructed prior to any street
improvements on Nottingham Drive between Shalimar
Drive and Linden Drive.
