The plans and specifications for the referenced project have been
reviewed and approved. The city may proceed with construction.
One set of plans and specifications will be retained for our files.
The remaining sets and/or cover sheets are being returned herein
bearing the approval stamp of the Division of Environment.
Please notify us in writing when the work is finished and reference
KDHE Project No. 21442. Your notification must include a statement
that the work was completed in conformance with the approved plans
and specifications. Neither post -construction inspection by the
State nor issuance of a public water supply permit will be
necessary.
