Dear Sir:
This letter will serve as your authorization from the City of
Salina to construct a paved parking area and/or driveway on the
following described public right-of-way:
The east five feet (5') of Lots Five (5), Seven (7), Mine (9),
and Eleven (11) and the west five feet (5') of Lots Six•(6), Eight
(8), Ten (10), and Twelve (12), Block Two (2), Van Trine Addition
to the City of Salina, Kansas.
There would be no restrictions on the use of the above described
public right-of-way, except that any paving, etc. would have to be
removed and replaced within said right-of-way at your expense, if
required by any of the various utility companies engaged in main-
taining their facilities.
