of the Sixth Principal Meridian in Saline County, Kansas, being
more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the west line of said Southeast
Quarter (S.E.1/4) that is thirty-three feet (33') south
of the northwest corner of the south -half (S.1/2) of the
south -half (S.1/2) of said Southeast Quarter (S:E.1/4);
thence north along the west line of said Southeast Quarter
(S.E.1/4) to the northwest corner of the south -half (S.1/2)
of said Southeast Quarter (S.E.1/4); thence east along the
north line of the south -half (S.1/2) of said Southeast
Quarter (S.E.1/4) to the west right-of-way line of the
Salina Flood Control Dike; thence southerly along said
west right-of-way line to a point that is thirty-three
feet (33') south of the north line of the south -half
(S.1/2) of the south -half (S.1/2) of said Southeast
Quarter (S.E.1/4); thence west to the point of beginning.
Said tract contains 10.9 acres, more or less.
