Beginning at the northwest corner of said Northeast
Quarter (N.E.1/4); thence east along the north line
of said Northeast Quarter (N.E.1/4) a distance of
one hundred five feet (105'); thence south along a
line parallel with the west line of said Northeast
Quarter (N.E.1/4) to the middle of the old channel
of the Smoky Hill River; thence westerly along said
channel to the west line of said Northeast Quarter
(N.E.1/4); thence north along the west line of said
Northeast Quarter (N.E.1/4) to the point of beginning.
Said tract contains 1.25 acres, more or less.
