west right-of-way line of the Salina Flood Protection
Dike; thence southeasterly along said west right-of-
way line to the east line of said Northwest Quarter
(N.W.1/4); thence south along the east line of said
Northwest Quarter (N.W.1/4) to the southeast corner
of said Northwest Quarter (N.W.1/4); thence west
along the south line of said Northwest Quarter
(N.W.1/4) to the point of beginning.
