Dear Mr. Gillman,
As you know the City of Salina has granted American Stores Properties
the privilege of an access to U.S. 81 from our development in the N/W
corner of the intersection of U.S. 81 and Magnolia Road in Salina,
Kansas.
Enclosed you will find evidence of ownership and a copy of the final
plat indicating the location of the approved access. The City of
Salina will forward to you additional information for you to begin the
procedure to grant a driveway permit and determine the necessary fee
for us to proceed with construction of the proposed drive. If you
