Re: Sale of Arcade Easement
to Brown Mackie
Corporation
Dear Bob:
Enclosed are the following items:
(1). Fully executed agreement for sale of the
arcade easement by the City to Brown Mackie Corporation
dated January 29, 1988.
(2). Brown Mackie College Check $28995 dated
February 1, 1988, in the amount of $2,300 in payment of
the first installment under the agreement.
I met this morning with Tom Williamson, counsel
for Brown Mackie Corporation, to close on the sale of
the arcade easement. In exchange for the Release of
Permanent Easement I was given the enclosed check in
the amount of $2,300 in payment of the first install-
ment under the agreement. As you may recall from the
agreement, the total purchase price of $11,500 is to be
paid in five annual installments of $2,300 each, plus
accrued interest at the rate of 68 per year. You
should receive each of the subsequent annual payments
by February 1st of each year.
