The City of Salina would have no objection to your organization
insulating the area above the ceiling of the 130 South Santa Fe Avenue
arcade. However, the City of Salina will not be responsible for any
insulation replacement costs.which may occur as a result of arcade
maintenance.
After you have selected your insulation contractor, we will arrange
a pre -construction conference with him to discuss construction methods,
restoration of any damage to the arcade, clean-up, pedrestrial traffic
safety, etc. Please notify this office at least ten (10) days in
advance of the scheduled construction starting date.
If you have any questions concerning the above comments, please
contact me.
