The City has sent a reminder that we need to clear up the
dedication of the water and sewer easements on the Mall property
for public easement purposes, in order for the City to perform
any maintenance. I visited, briefly, with Charlie May of Wilson
and Company regarding this. Apparently, this is something that
we needed your authorization on before proceeding further. If
there is anything which I can or should do in this connection,
please advise.
