AGREEMENT
WHEREAS it is the desire of Saline County, Kansas, and the
City of Salina, Kansas, to use a common radio communications facility,
WHERgAS, the City of Salina, Kansas, has installed a radio communi-
;cations facility suitable for the use of law enforcement officers and
officials of both Saline County, Kansas, and the City of Salina, Kan-
sas.
'WHEREAS it is the desire of Saline County, Kansas, to assume and
pay a reasonable share of the cost and expenses of the installation of
such a facility.
IT IS THEREFORE MMALL,Y AGREED that Saline County, Kansas,
shall pay to the City of Salina, Kansas, the sum of $ / yJ�3 6 � ,
a reasonable share of the cost and expenses of the installation of a
radio communications facility, for the use of said facility for as
long as said facility is adequate and suitable for use by the law
enforcement officers and officials of both parties hereto.
