kenneth mattison jail rubbleAGREEMENT
For and in consideration of the mutual benefits it is
hereby agreed:
1. That the City of Salina, Kansas, for the benefit of
spoiling the rubble from Eighth Street, Salina, Kansas, promises
and agrees, at its expense to deliver the same along the bank
of the Smoky Hill River on Kenneth Mattism's farm in places
located by him.
2. The City of Salina, Kansas, furthermore promises and
agrees, if and when the Welfare Building (old jail) is razed,
to deliver, at its own expense, as much of said rubble there-
from as requested by Kenneth Mattison, along the bank of the
Smoky Hill River on his farm in places located by him.
3. Kenneth Mattison, for himself, his heirs and assigns
hereby releases and promises to hold harmless the City of Salina,
Kansas, from any past, present or future alleged damages result-
ing from the Flood Control Project.

of the Smoky Hill River on Kenneth Matttsm 's farm in places
located by him.
2. The City of Salina, Kansas, furthermore promises and
agrees, if and when the Welfare Building (old jail) is razed,
to delivers at.ite own expense, as much of said rubble there-
from as requested by Kenneth Mattison, along the bank of the
Smoky Hill River on his farm in places located by him.
3. Kenneth Mattison, for himself, his heirs and assigns
hereby releases and promises to hold harmless the City of Salina,
Kansas, from any past, present or future alleged damages result-
