Dear Mr. Harrison:
The Kansas Department of Transportation has scheduled a bituminous
overlay resurfacing project on 1-70 as noted above for the December, 1979
construction letting. Traffic will be carried through the construction work
areas.
The cost of construction will be paid for with state and federal
funds. This improvement on the connecting link will be done under City -
State agreement No. 39-70 dated December 14, 1970.
This correspondence is to inform you that the improvement is scheduled.
