enclosed interlocal agreement dated January 2, 1980,
between the City of Salina, Kansas, and the Board of
Education of U.S.D. 305, Salina, Kansas, has not been
filed with your office. Enclosed are a copy of the
agreement for filing and a copy of the letter received
from the office of the Attorney General dated February
11, 1980, approving the interlocal agreement.
