I, Shawn O'Leary, City Engineer, City of Salina, Kansas, a municipal corporation, hereby certify that fire
flows in the Holiday Resort Addition exceed 1,000 gallons per minute (gpm) in accordance with the 1994
Uniform Fire Code.
Therefore, the deed restriction recorded in Misc. Book .10 Page 0j which restricted new home
construction on Lot 11, Block 3 of the Holiday Resort Addition (aka 136 South Eastmoor Drive) is hereby
lifted and a building permit may be issued for this lot.
