An ordinance extending the city limits of the City of Salina, Kansas.
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Salina:
Section 1. That all that portion of territory adjacent to the city limits of the City of Salina, subdivided into town
lots and platted and recorded in the officer of the register of deeds of Saline County, KS on the 19th day of October
1885 as and known as Smith and Colvard's Addition to the City of Salina, be and the same is hereby added to and
made a part and parcel of the City of Salina, KS.
Section 2. That all that portion of territory adjacent to the city limits of the City of Salina, subdivided into town
lots and platted and recorded in the Office of the register of deeds of Saline County, KS on the 12th day of June
1885 as known as Morrison's Addition to the city of Salina be and the same is hereby added to and made a part
and parcel of the City of Salina, KS.
Section 3. That all that portion of territory adjacent to the city limits of the City of Salina, subdivided into town
lots and platted and recorded in the Office of the register of deeds of Saline County, KS on the 28th day of August
1885 as and know as Nulley's Addition to the city of Salina be and the same is hereby added to and made a part
and parcel of the City of Salina, KS.
Section 4. That all that portion of territory adjacent to the city limits of the City of Salina, subdivided into town
lots and platted and recorded in the office of the register of deeds of Saline County, KS on the 11th day of May,
1886 as and know as Weavers Addition to the City of Salina be and the same is hereby added to and made a part
and parcel of the City of Salina, KS.
Section 5. That all that portion of territory adjacent to the city limits of the City of Salina, subdivided into town
lots and platted and recorded in the office of the register of deeds of Saline County, KS on the 19th day of June,
1886 as and known as Wellington Addition to the City of Salina and parcel of the City of Salina, KS.
Section 6. That all that portion of territory adjacent to the city limits of the City of Salina, subdivided into town
lots and platted and recorded in the office of the register of deeds of Saline County, KS on the 3,d day of July 1886
as and known as South Park Addition to the City of Salina be and the same is hereby added to and made a part
and parcel of the City of Salina, KS.
Section 7. That all that portion of territory adjacent to the city limits of the City of Salina, subdivided into town
lots and platted and recorded in the office of the register of deeds of Saline County, KS on the 6th day of November
1886 as and be and the same is hereby attached to and made a part and parcel of the City of Salina, KS.
Section 8. That all that portion of territory adjacent to the city limits of the City of Salina, subdivided into town
lots and platted and recorded in the office of the register of deeds of Saline County, KS on the 9th day of December,
1886 as and known as Riverside Addition to the City of Salina be and the same is hereby added to and made a part
of parcel of the City of Salina, KS.
Section 9. That all that portion of territory adjacent to the city limits of the City of Salina, subdivided into town
lots and platted and recorded in the office of the register of deeds of Saline County, KS on the 9th day of December
1886 as and known as Bond's Addition to the City of Salina be and the same is hereby added to and made a part
and parcel of the City of Salina, KS.
Section 10. That all that portion of territory adjacent to the city limits of the City of Salina, subdivided into town
lots and platted and recorded in the office of the register of deeds of Saline County, KS on the 3,d day of June 1886
as and know as Pacific Addition to the City of Salina be and the same is hereby added to and made a part and
parcel of the City of Salina, KS.
Section 11. That all that portion of territory adjacent to the city limits of the City of Salina, subdivided into town
lots and platted and recorded in the office of the register of deeds of Saline County, KS on the 11th day of
September 1885 as and known as the Wilson's Addition to the City of Salina be and the same is hereby added to
and made a part and parcel of the City of Salina, KS.
Section 12. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its publication in the Saline
County Journal.
