An ordinance relating to the issue of bonds.
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Salina:
Section 1. That the bonds of the City of Salina be issued in the sum of $3,000 for the purpose of
paying for curbing and guttering on Santa Fe Avenue, such bonds to be issued one third payable in one
year, one third in two years and one third in three years from the date of their issue, and bearing interest at
the rate of eight percent per annum, interest payable annually with interest coupons attached. The Mayor
of the City is hereby authorized to sign and execute the bonds aforesaid in accordance with the provisions
of law.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its publication in the
Saline County Journal.
