An ordinance making a special levy of taxes to pay for building sidewalks.
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Salina.
Section 1. That there be and is hereby levied and assessed in addition to other taxes against each
of the lots and parts of lots, the several amounts set opposite to the same as follows:

Section 2. That the City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized to certify the foregoing levy and
assessments to the County Clerk to be placed upon the tax rolls to be collected as other taxes and subject
to the same penalties.
Section 3. That this ordinance take effect and be in force from and after its publication in the
Saline County Journal.
