An ordinance making an assessment and levy of taxes for building sidewalks in the City of Salina,
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Salina.
Section 1. That there be assessed and levied a special tax for building sidewalk addition to the
taxes for the general revenue and other purposes against each of the lots and parts of lots, as where in
after described the several amounts set appropriate as follows:

Section 2. That the city clerk be and he is hereby authorized to certify the foregoing assessments
to the County Clerk to be placed upon the tax roll for collection, subject to the same penalties and collected
in like manner as other taxes.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take affect and be in force, from and after its publication in the
Saline County Journal.
