Ordinance No. 485
An ordinance amending Section 2 of Ordinance No. 32 being an ordinance concerning the running
at large of certain animals in the City of Salina.
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the city of Salina, Kansas.
Section 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 32, entitled "An ordinance concerning the running at
large of certain animals in the City of Salina," be amended so as to read as follows: Sec. 1. That it shall be
unlawful for the owner or person having in charge any of the animals hereinafter named to wit: horses,
mules, cattle, sheep, goats, hogs, chickens, ducks, turkeys, geese, or other fowl to allow the same to run at
large within the limits of the City of Salina; and all such animals from running at large in said city are hereby
declared to be public nuisances.
Section. 2. That ordinance Section 1 of said ordinance number 32 be and the same is hereby
repealed.
Section 3. The ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its publication once in the
Saline County Journal.
