An ordinance approving, addopti ng and confirviing the report of th
0or.Tnissioners appuinL�ed to assess and de-terrii.ne the darnages sus-
tained by the o•,vners of the lots lying along the north side of Iron
A ensue between ;plinth Street and the University Addition to the city
of Salina, by reason o£ fhb 'deni-ng of said Iron Avenue, and ma-
king an appropriation for the payment of the damages sustained
thereby.
Be it ordained by the Mayor and 0opneilmen of the city of Salina,
Kansas.
Sec. 1. That the report of the Commissioners heretofore appointed
to appraise assess and determine the amount of damages sustained by
the owners of the land, lots ands parts of lots lying' along the
north side of Iron Avenue betwet4n Ninth Street and the University
Addition to the city of Salina,b`y reason of the widening of said
Iron'Avenuefiled in the city clerks office on the 24-th day of De
cemVor 1685, be and the same is hereby approved, addopted and con-
firrned, and tyie said lands, lots and parts of lots in said report
