An ordinance vacating the alley between Third and Fourth Streets from the Avenue north to Ash
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the city of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the alley lying between Third Streets and Fourth Street north of Iron Avenue and
South of Ash Street, and South of Ash Street in the City of Salina, Kansas, be and the same is hereby
vacate annulled and discontinued.
Section 2. That this ordinance take effect and be in force from and after its publication once in the
Saline County Journal.
