Ordinance No. 474
An ordinance making an appropriation.
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Salina, Kansas.
Section 1. That the sum of $12087.50 be appropriated out of the General Improvement Fund of the
City of Salina, Kansas for the payment of the right of way of the Missouri Pacific Railway Company in
Kansas through said city and for the eleven and 10/100 acres of land for the use of said Railway Company
for machine shops, round houses, and other railroad purposes.
Section 2. That and draw on the City Treasury for the payment of the same.
Section 3. That this ordinance take affect and be in force from and after its passage.
